Think about it this way...
It's ONLY 10 TRADING DAYS to go and it's JUNE!!!
Surely some sort of good announcement should suprise us sometime in JUNE... the last annoucement just said the DFS won't be released BEFORE JUNE.
Assuming that, it can be as early as 1st of JUNE!!!
MB (Director) was probably being conservative by saying "won't be released before JUNE". I highly doubt it will be released after JUNE since it's pretty much finished & has been delayed for 3 months already (due to recent upgrades of resource)! He probably said it to allow some flexibility.
