I've had some shares in FMS for a long time, and was impressed with their financial management, especially of their cash protection. For me, it comes to trusting management to be sharp enough not to dilute the existing shareholder base. I think they are.
At this stage I don't think that will happen. Shareholders don't mind some dilution if the capital raised is properly ear-marked, and adds longer term value.
Interesting to see two directors buying since the PFS was released. At 19 and 20.
Some would say they were lucky that the price was just above 10 cents when the 10c options came up for exercise. But I think that they worked hard to that goal, and it paid off. They had a good cash base when many other Fe specs had hardly any.
Another point is that on the day of the PFS release, the huge volume indicated that a lot of people who previously had not noticed FMS, jumped on board.
