Finbar is now a buy for me.
Fri has delivered annual dividends of 6 cents + franking credits over each of the last three years, and this in Perth's worst apartment property slump.
The green shoots are appearing with mining taking off and the WA government finances starting to get a bit better. Perth also presents as a great option to get away from the overcrowding in Sydney and Melbourne (where i live) and an opportunity for some property price appreciation given where prices have fallen to.
I am now about to dip my toe back in the water and put a few into my super fund and enjoy some more franking credit refunds.
The cash will flow into Finbar this year from selling their stock of recently completed apartments.

PS. Fri is my second oldest holding behind CSL. So my cap losses on FRI is more than offset by my cap gains on CSL.
