I am not too concerned if "large scale" is still 3-5 years away. Tata's idea of large scale would turn DYE into a massive company.
A solid commitment of even 1m sqm is all we need at the moment. It generates some cashflow, stops the cashburn, lets us kill off poor capital strategies and validates the product.
There would be significant share price appreciation from simply getting some solid ground under our feet. The billions can come later.
