i think the board will turn down aspen irrespective and highlight the value and game plan.

the deleveraging will occur and lazard have been very busy.

if it does turn out to be a medium term play, so be it - not many quick wins in life.

my average price is 50 cents so some good upside.

lets hope aspen are interested and make some compelling bids - maybe it is all too difficult.
