I doubt they will reject the offer. Even if they do, it will only be to push aspen to up their current offer imo.

Fall from a high of 54c a few days ago to a low of 42c today is no brainer. Tax Loss Selling. We are only a few trading days away from the next financial year. Most holders unfortunately are sitting on a 40 - 60% loss on this one.

Until we know for sure what is going on with the t/o anything under 50c is heavily discounted imo.
