    The first t/o offer in many cases is never accepted. It is an indication to play ball from there.

    If sigma rejects the offer i think its great, this means that aspen will have to up the ante a little more. They wouldnt have made the offer in the first place if their max price was going to be 60c per share.

    Just my thoughts
