danie.....the 10:1 share consolidation is definately a positive move and was always on the cards due to the large amount of shares on the register.

in order for the stock to be more attractive to serious investors and to get the day traders out of this company the stock has to be consolidated and a lot of other companies have done this successfully in the past.

the company is preparing everything before it becomes a mining company as also seen in the proposed name change.

I see todays news as very positive indeed and if you are willing to wait 12-18 months, I believe you will be rewarded when the company starts bringing gold out of the ground...
