I think the banks require certainty but the management is very experienced and cautious about underground mining as well.

Quite often once you get in there its a bit of a mix and match of what you interpret and what you end up mining/developing through....piece of mind for the management and shareholders. more info the better for underground, also more value per share in the end.

on a side note, I'm really really glad that I'm a shareholder of stock like AAG today when the majority of shares are heading south :) shareprice doesn't budge (touch wood).
