10% guaranteed returns - is it possible ?

Does it mean - SDL is being traded at below the Market Value and is standing at 10% discount ? If it's trading at 45 cents , have an offer in hands for 50 cents and is being negotiated for a better price - does it mean - the current Turmoil due to S&P's statement has made this stock an interesting one and a great pick for someone who is looking for quick gains ? Is their any uncertainty / risks around this stock or is it just the damage done by the debt issues and things will be back to normal soon .. Why has DB increased their holdings by atleast 2% in last 3 weeks ? Is it an indication of the seriousness of the talks between SDL and Hanglong and involvement of DB ?
