I agree this should be a market sensitive announcement, and I suppose the market has reacted accordingly, not bad in light of what is happening with the markets overall.

If only there was no credit crunch, it would be a different story, oh well.

Well the last hurdle will be the shareholder meeting, as long as shareholders approve then it is all good.

The only reason that sharedholders may not agree would, be for CFE to not sell and mine the iron itself, but I say take the money.
