    Other than "associates" I'm not sure just who will be buying in. With no clear direction at all from Wah Nam, complete silence on rail and the make-up of the Board you'd have to buying in on an arbitrage basis only.

    Attention will turn to FRS now, as Wah Nam attempt to mop that up before they consider a final move on BRM is my take.

    FID is due soon, which seems futile if you have no endorsed transport strategy in place and are uncertain just who will make up your new Board.
