i think i know why they have not sold the property in mt gravatt. from the road the building looks terrible. if they spent some money in improving the street appeal they might be able to sell the property for the price that they want. or is their gearing that high that they can't/won't spend the money on the property. they might/hope they use our distribution to do just that.
