10 mill contract with chinese, page-2

I have just started biying shares recently, taking a conseravite approach. However I was thinking of having a little bit of punt on a couple cheap stocks. I recently brought GDR and was looking at IDL, But the share price has had a good run over the past couple of years. My question is - Am I too late ? - Can the price keep rising ?

Or should I be looking elsewhere ?

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreacted
