Oilman, I agree with you and I would be quite worried if I was a shareholder of lcy because there is nothing from stopping them from screwing lcy at every opportunity.
Why should NMDC treat lcy any different from any other takeover target. I guess that some lcy shareholders have worked this out but they have been a little reticent in saying so, I guess if it is not written it cannot happen, so to some degree ignorance is bliss.
