Some see the CR as a process worked over 3 days. More likely the clock started ticking straight after the day the discovery was known on or before 10.08.15.

It would be around this time the decision was made around how BUX needed to advance the discovery with additional costs not previously budgeted for. The costs were going to accelerate in a very short term.

The institutions would have had a bargaining position of either you can have the money now for not 26c but 19.5c or we can wait and maybe give you the money at say 15c when, after several weeks of careful geotechnical studies and no more drill holes the price might have dropped to that level anyway. On top of that, your dwindling cash supply would have placed you in a weaker position.

I'm just trying to see it from the "company being honest" side.
