    re: +++ puntland +++ CR8, the position changed this morning as it was "meaningfully rumoured" that the ASX is satisfied over the Puntland Heads of Agreement. Back to 3.8/3.9 plus and awaiting fruther news on Puno and the announcement tomorrow regarding contract law in Puntland. I am holding again since this morning.
