You would hope so otherwise why would Shell be taking the expensive risk?

If it does happen then 15c to 20c is VERY conservative based on the success of CSEM's imo.

I agree that the share price will trade above 8c before announcement from Shell. Shell could easily announce by end of May and not wait 90 days so the hype once the CSEM starts will bring the punters in to take tentative positions during the next few weeks.
For the CSEM to start late April that ship better be turbo charged as I don't think it has completed its duties yet and allow another week to get onsite Senegal.
Anyway it all looks good for FAR and hopefully Hartleys prices are on the low side.
Even so a 3 to 4 bag play with small downside risk should get things moving soon enough, especially if they (Hartleys) are starting to spruik.
