have to agree, retiring the debt allows them to add that little phrase to any announcement; currently debt free and cash flow positive! Can not do much better than that surely? The 3 Mile Hill plant comming online is just as significant, at the moment there is milling bottle necks with the company producing more ore than they can process, this basically leaves any expansion plans on the shelf until the extra capacity comes online.
