    Im pretty dumb
    is there any benefit in capping CMO in terms of not compounding the dilutionary effect of the SNN acceptances vs .if it is let run.

    the original offer was about a 29% premium for SNN (when CMO were 2.8) not sure what SNN vwap was that day it ranged 10.5-12
    no further enticements are needed..

    LOL not even sure what Im asking here...
