Round figures are great, but the price needs to break that $0.042 mark to confirm the strength of the initial move - if that happens today, it will be on. If it doesn't, then I'd expect to see further consolidation. Early indications are that today is the day, but as per an earlier post, the move does need to be supported by volume - whether it's 7.5m, 10m, 11.68m etc...I don't think it really matters.
