    "Who knows what to make of it, but from what I know, a pick up in volume when a stock is trading at all time lows is a good sign it finally might be bottoming and due for a nice rise."

    increased volume would be more of a positive if the price was rising - it could be a capitulation bottom but to early to call yet ( IMO )
