I often wondered why metalstorm didn't just use it's patented...

I often wondered why metalstorm didn't just use it's patented induction arming of grenades and have them on a belt fed grenade system where the grenades are armed just before they are released (not fired) from a belt that is motor driven, no need to shoot, just aim them from the UAV and then drop them out of the sky from the belt once they are armed, gravity would do the rest? like a belt fed bomb delivery method I suppose, you get multiple rounds to the target and absolutely no recoil!

it would be totally silent until it hits the target!
