The better news - Take a look at the charts on that link... many of them are having their SP rise sharply over the last 3 to 6 months. Lynas is one of the minority who have trended down.
So.. if short selling is an indicator... I would ask... looking @ these top 10... what, exactly is it indicating, and why ? weakness ? some of those charts do not look weak at all..
