Agree, best to restructure and get the MC back to $250-300M (very possible target in the short-medium term) and then do a CR in the long term to pay some of the debt back. But at least they've acknowledge there is something wrong with the existing franchise model in this current retail climax causing some of the franchisees to struggle and are doing an independent business review, what are the other franchisers doing.....
