All companies should continue to improve the efficiency of their business model. RFG's sin was not that it changed to something that delivered less, its that they didn't monitor and fix their mistake (too focussed on the money!)
I'll wait until their half yearly comes out in late Feb before deciding whether to buy more and average down. Unfortunately (fortunately?), their first half is always below their second half results, so I'd expect more price weakness. Just how far below will be the thing to assess. Either a great buying opp, or a fall into oblivion. Bit over two weeks to see......
