i dont understand why people do put stops on their positions. is it because of time constrains during trading hours or owning too many stocks at one time?
if you're in the trading game, i would have thought you would need to be in control of all your positions at any given time.
anomalies like trumps virus or PayPal announcements are bad news for those with stop losses, not necessarily the market, but happen often. market manipulators and day traders love stop losses..
