People freaked out when Paypal entered the BNPL arena...
When really, seems like ZIP is the one encroaching on their territory?
ZIP can now effectively be used anywhere... without the need for further partnerships?
i.e. Anywhere you could previously use Paypal, you could now use ZIP's visa function.
Albeit not for recurring payments just yet, as the cards are generated each time as single use.
Wonder how/whether it would work for an online overseas purchase in a different currency?
Very interesting development / change in how the BNPL sector is moving.... kinda came out as an "alternative" to the credit card, only to end up basically replicating it....
