1. How did you come up with the cashflows?
2. How did you come up with a discount rate of 12%? (cost of capital is very low right now, so this number seems fairly arbitrary to me, I would use 8-10% based on the current riskfree rate).
3. Growth rate of 26% over 10 years is unrealistic. growth is likely to be more exponential in the early years, and like to drop off towards 15-20% towards the back.
