UBS analyst Tom Beadle said while QuadPay is smaller than Afterpay in the US in terms of customers, its average transaction volume per customer may have been higher than Afterpay's in recent months, while QuadPay's net transaction margin, a key revenue driver, appears higher.
Shaw and Partners analyst Jonathan Higgins said QuadPay was adding 100,000 customers each month and the average customer spend was up 67 per cent year-on-year, while app store rankings were rising.
"Will we see Zip launch digital wallets in the USA?" he asked. "Expect a healthy news pipeline and Zip to attract further potential strategic interest."
