ZIP has been trialing a technology for the anywhere anytime payment function from EML Payments which was leaked to the AFR in March this year.
I am currently not a holder in ZIP (although i wish i was) but on Ticky Fullertons 'The Business' show on Sunday, CEO Larry Diamond advised that this new technology has had a great take up
EML Payments is also quite prominent in the US and Europe with companies such as Points Bet in that they manage their payout function onto a pre paid credit card. To assist Quadpay with the same technology would be quite straight forward as they already have the regulatory approvals
I can start to see that ZIP is pivoting away from APT to be a more complex fintech and e-commerce provider
