Looks like the hurried announcement yesterday was about whether IPR would challenge the part of the judgement they lost or not.
German courts appear to have taken the texan Judge Wards approach in alowing the claim mostly but not in full.
Interesting that Deutsche Telecom and Siemens are really dragging their feet on disclosure on this one - maybe they dont have to....
