Yes, I had all but pressed the button and never imagined that based on what had occurred that the supreme court would rule in Ipernicas favour and reinstate the SAR patent. 357, I noticed in the announcement a reference to the implication of the decision on Ipernicas global SAR licensing program. Does this decision now open the way to go for patent breaches elsewhere in Europe?

I hope Im not too far ahead of myself on this but I am starting to get really excited.
