I think it is hard in this type of forum to lay down what you may think and then read it and think about what it says...or implies..Thank you for your answer and input.
I read that about the reduction naively i assumed it was a good thing,a vote of fiscal trust from the powers that be.
More cash in our control and confidence in our structure/growth.
What i dont know is why the mr.market is upset, E.O.Y. short sell hustle. So i think the next few weeks will interesting, nervously.
