They dont care. Its not their money. They're 'entitled' and until they're raided they get away with it.
The 5 year share price is a joke. Its halved. Sure you can blame the oil price but if it was not down we would still be at best even after 5 years. That's after taking in $150m from gas sales that's disappeared into a black hole. Don't add in the asset sales you will just say WTF where did our money go?
