I think you'll find that in every statement by MFS, they have talked about selling a majority share in Stella.

Nobody denies there has been a great deal of damage done to the brand as regards the FM side of things, but retaining a reasonable share of Stella does give the company some value, which is obviously why they have no intention of selling 100% of Stella.
