Chart looks great, however if u plot the pen sp with the spot price of U you will see it has always hugged it like a kid with a teddy bear, i know how useless the spot price is with U but the correlation has to be respected, hope it does go up, but would b very cautious buying at these levels until U price improves, which is a givin.
