Thanks all for the kind words all!

I must admit, I had heard from others on this thread how easy it is to get in touch with NC, and how open (and accessible) he is to shareholders. Whilst I didn't specifically "not believe" what I was hearing from others, at the same time it all seemed a little far fetched, or "embellished" (i.e. the regularity with which a CEO was interacting with the average shareholder).

Well I now realise exactly why many on here are massive NC fans. He really is a top bloke and hats off to the guy - he's a rare breed from what I gather from my limited time on here. It's easy to see why he garners a cult following from those he deals with.
