That comment from NC was interesting regarding the 'misbehaving insto'. In the Kohler interview with Gavin, Gavin laid the blame at Maxim who distributed the capital raise allocation to various instos, one of which was allocated less than they wanted...the problem being that the insto in question couldn't hold the shares because the size of the investment was too small for their investment rules. Supposedly Maxim didn't check this first. Is it possible that this 'misbehaving insto' was sincere in its original communications but then had to sell when its allocation fell short? That being said, I don't know why they didn't arrange for an off-market transfer to one of the other instos given that it was over-subscribed instead of allowing the share price to be be butchered a few months back.
It's all history now of course and there is probably a simple explanation but it would be good to know what the story actually was.
