Good analysis thanks Arh but here's my question; in the past when we've seen the price of gold surge isn't it precisely because of the factors and combination of factors that usually impact on ASIC such as inflation, labor costs/shortages, rising energy costs and other supply-side issues (that is, what the economy giveth with one hand it taketh away with the other). It stands to reason that Gold Road will find the new conditions challenging because they are conditions it's not had to contend with until now but once it learns how to deal with the new economic environment of higher ASIC on the one side but higher gold prices on the other it will likely see that these high gold price times are precisely the times when you do build and pay for the gold production facility and be prepared to shell a little more out in labour and energy costs. In the end the maths is on their side even though the new environment is not all a bed of roses (as realistically it never is).
