We (the public) have the right to call an election. The problem is getting enough of the public in the streets to demand it.
Maybe Kevin wants it all to fall in a heap so he can declare an emergency and thus postpone elections until he has "fixed" the problem (read "we never get to vote again").
Sounds far fetched, but then again is he MAD or BAD or BOTH?
