    Considering 77% of royalties are paid to Acland Pastoral Company (NHC owns it) & 7% to the Qld Govt. I expect it to be the longest approval ever, as there is nothing in it for the government

    but paying virtually zero royalties makes it THE MOST profitable thermal colliary out there. So it'll get mined eventually
