Very brilliant pun. After I started laughing, I turned to how excessive taxation will be legalised theft, to be wasted on the scandal-plagued NDIS.
Higher taxes create disincentives, so when companies from overseas or local ones decline to invest, or cancel some but not all initiatives, Oz will lose well paid direct jobs. This might not matter in late 2022 when we have 'full employment' but it will if there's the much discussed 2023 recession.
