I know people like when company announce buy back. IMO , buy back solidify the SP base however, companies try to push price down using instos so they can buy back at lower price. Usually, price starts flying after BB completion.(probably explains Surge from 5.8 to 6.5 ) In our case NHC stopped BB to finalize the note issue which is done today so now they are back to cap the price so they can start buying back soon. We should get announcement of BB commencement in week or so time. Sooner they complete all this crap better for ST /MT investors. LT would not care for such activities.
