considering it is only 6km away from NSW's 2 biggest power plants (2 green dots) of Bayswater/Liddell & the high voltage infrastructure, costs are low. Bengalla (red dot) is probably only 30km away from the same facilities. NHC doesn't have to make mistakes, as it can just replicate the Malabar model. As for Qld, NHC owns ~9,000 ha close to the populated SE
Thus Millner is just doing what any sane person would do. Take money from idiots (the govt's)
