1stly, " Take money from idiots (the govt's) " thats an odd take as it is your money not the gov's.
2ndly, NHC have a very strong record of land rehabillitation with a well documented history and dont need to copy anyone to avoid mistakes. We are running cattle on remediated land and earning dollars for the port.
