an excellent history of energy..... and afterwards you start looking at everything in terms of energy in situ & where the hell that additional energy will come from for current processes
or, as i told my folks a few years ago, you can see strong sales of coal at good prices as far out as 2040. After that?, who knows. But by then they won't care
