There is also the massive windfall already propping up our economy, in light of weakness in IO. Discouraging successful sectors is a great way to complete our conversion to Banana Republic.
It is almost worth topping up at this discount (not advice, just musing on the unexpected opportunity), given all the ducks lined up for the next few years.
