yes you are correct - NHC does sell some coal through Spot Markets but future long term contracts are influenced from what the Spot Market is at the time - NA3 will start production this year and the initial small volumes will probably be sold through spot pricing
China will want as much coal as it can get and not many companies have spare capacity and are still nervous over past history - China will be paying a massive premium just to get a look in
