This is an embarrassing mistake by the NHC spokesperson, I suspect they will no longer have a job. I am sure the media have twisted their statement, but if you notice all the other coal mining co made no comment. There is no need to been drawn into it. NHC is a mining company, it's job is to dig the stuff out of the ground and sell the product...that's it ! Not to be politically involved at all.
